ACE is a dynamic flexible innovative learning  programme which delivers workshops with a creative hands on approach
The programme challanges students to be creative and takes them gently out of their comfort zone to accomplish things they never thought possible
	These powerful workshops build trust respect and confidence.  It teaches leadership, goal setting, overcoming fear of failure, problem solving, & creativity
Students are encouraged to make choices and take responsibility for their own life, and learning. The programme helps them plan their lives so they can move on with a great feeling of self worth and independence.
	Our programmes offer Animal Therapy Equine Leadership Team building through drama and other mediums Arts and Crafts Life Skills and Management Woodland and Outdoor Living Skills Youth Coaching in groups and one to one Orinteering Sports and other team events Circus skills for co-ordination and confidence building Warhammer Yoga for inner strength and fitness Martial arts for discipline and fitness Musical skills through group work and one to one Sailing - team building and social interaction   Frequent visits to museums,galleries,theatres
All the programmes are designed to build trust and respect, develop leadership skills, build confidence and help each student find their own inner strength.   Students will set goals and will take the responsibility for their own learning with the help of a mentor.   Our aim is give each student belief in themselves, help them find their strengths, and build on their weaknesses, allowing them to achieve the success they so deserve.   We will shortly be delivering Asdan Awards, OCN courses and Duke of Edinburgh scheme
	Our venue which is just outside of Maidenhead In Wargrave.  It is set in the countryside in acres of land, creating a relaxed calm and safe environment.   We two day a week placements, and three day a week placements aimed specifically at the students who need a more hands on approach to education.   The ACE Programme runs side by side with our Heroes Project which has been running for five years and has been very successful venture for children/students who are home-educated.
